1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the minejl platform (accessible at minejl.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2.2 Account Ownership and Responsibility

Each User may maintain only one (1) account on the minejl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be subject to immediate closure, and any funds or bonuses contained therein may be forfeited at the sole discretion of minejl.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;

You will be required to submit valid, government-issued identification and may be asked to provide additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials;
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or interruptions to gameplay caused by factors outside our reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in any content published on the platform;
• Losses resulting from participation in any game, tournament, or promotion.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of minejl to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine or international law;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or connected systems;
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or minejl staff through any communication channel;
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform rules;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent financial claims against minejl without legitimate basis.

minejl reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities. Any attempt to defraud the platform, its players, or its payment processors will be reported to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

minejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance remaining after deduction of bonuses, fraudulently-obtained funds, or amounts under investigation will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period. minejl reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation outcomes.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closing your account, you will lose access to all accumulated loyalty points, active bonuses, and promotional credits.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the minejl platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team. The vast majority of concerns are resolved promptly at this stage.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the minejl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and minejl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
